DCIM Professionals provides free planning and reference tools for infrastructure, data center, cabling, electrical, cooling, rack, DCIM and related technical workflows. The content is provided for general information, early planning and preparation of professional discussions only.
The website does not provide final engineering design, electrical design approval, safety approval, legal advice, compliance certification, project approval, commissioning, inspection or professional sign-off.
3. Calculator results and assumptions
Calculator results are based on user-provided inputs, simplified assumptions and general calculation methods. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a specific project if the inputs, assumptions or site conditions are incomplete or incorrect.
Users are responsible for checking all inputs, assumptions, results and their suitability for the specific application. Calculator results must not be used as final design, final approval, compliance proof or safety proof.
4. Professional verification required
For electrical installations, data center infrastructure, structured cabling, power distribution, UPS systems, cooling, rack loading, fire safety, grounding, protection measures and similar topics, all final decisions must be verified by qualified professionals according to the applicable national and local rules, standards, manufacturer documentation and project requirements.
DCIM Professionals cannot replace a qualified electrician, engineer, planner, inspector, manufacturer review or authority approval.
5. No warranty
The website and its content are provided without warranty. DCIM Professionals does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, availability, technical correctness, legal compliance, suitability for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
6. Limitation of liability
Use of this website is at the user’s own risk. Decisions, installations, purchases, designs, calculations, project planning, safety measures and compliance checks must not be based solely on the information or calculator results provided by this website.
Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
